Yoga has been a big part of my life for 18 years, and I have been teaching for 14.

I focus on teaching private classes because they allow me to adapt every class to the person in front of me, not to a fixed group format.

A welcoming, clear, and practical style that meets you where you are and helps you feel better in your body.

My intention is to create a fun, creative, and welcoming safe atmosphere where I can share my love and knowledge of yoga.

Learning a new movement pattern can feel intimidating. I want to make Yoga accessible to anyone from any background to make the practice work for modern-day bodies.

Classes blend influences from Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Vinyasa with a strong focus on mindful movement, alignment, and mobility within stability.

I have worked with athletes, high net-worth clients, and public figures who appreciate discretion. Whether you are brand new or already experienced, I bring the same care to every student.

Before teaching yoga full-time, I worked in corporate roles, which helps me relate well to clients with demanding schedules and high-pressure lifestyles.

  • Assisted two 200-hour Teacher Training Foundational Programs
