ABOUT
My intention is to create a fun, creative and welcoming safe atmosphere, where I can share my love, passion, and knowledge of yoga.

Yoga can be intimidating, and the yoga on social media perpetuates this.
It’s my mission to make yoga accessible to anyone, from any background, and to make the practice work for modern-day bodies.
My classes will be challenging and relaxing, intelligently blending the movements found in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Vinyasa with an emphasis on mindful movement, biomechanical alignment, and cultivating mobility within a framework of stability.

What a hero!
The class began with some gentle stretches and relaxation, then you get into it... I hadn't got a clue what was going to be thrown at me but there was never a moment where i felt like i was being left to do anything incorrectly. She was so patient, she noticed when i was struggling, which was often, and helped me make adjustments, and was nothing but supportive and upbeat the entire time i was there. For a beginner like me it was perfect!
