My love affair with Swan began at a community yoga event at a local Lulu Lemon. I had just arrived in Kuala Lumpur and was desperately searching a yoga studio and community to connect with in my new home. Swan's personality and teaching style was exactly what I was looking for! I stalked her online and found a yoga studio closer to me that she taught at weekly and began attending her courses. Throughout the classes I was always challenged and was aways excited to come back and keep my yoga practice growing. At the same time, Swan and I also became friends and would even talk or play yoga outside of class. Eventually I became a teacher at the same studio with Swan and she continued to be my model of everything I wanted to become and give to my students as a teacher.
I have since moved to Germany and am desperately seeking a teacher and someone who can create a community around herself similar to what Swan did. Swan let me know when you move to Stuttgart or decide to clone yourself!

I have been going through a very rough time and life was honestly getting to me.
I have never felt so hopeless even the most beautiful sights and peaceful beaches weren't helping.
I felt nothing. And when I did, it was anxiety. so when I saw the flyer for yoga, I thought "hey, might help."
I was right.
I couldn't have asked for a more perfect few days! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms.
Swan is non judgmental and friendly. I immediately felt at ease. She did an excellent job of tailoring the classes to everyone no matter the experience level. And she also challenged me which was great!
I think without the help of Swan... I wouldn't have gotten back into yoga when I returned home.
I am so grateful.
I can say without a doubt that Swan and yoga saved my life, literally.

I could recommend Swan to anyone and everyone, no matter your experience level.
I first started Yoga in Canada, classes ranging from 20 to sometimes 50 people. Finding it very hard to focus on myself or even learn from the instructors I gave up quickly.
Thanks to the beautiful Swan Liew...I found myself up in solid hand or head-stands (not to mention other testing poses) in no time!
Swan works with a perfect balance of group training as well as one on one time with students, making sure they learn the right practice as each is so unique.

Swan was the first yoga teacher after several trials who got me attached to it. It was fun, it was a great workout, it set my mind in peace - what else can you expect from yoga? She is a great teacher!

Swan perfectly balances between group training and one-on-one time with students, ensuring that their alignment is correct and that the right practice is learned.

Swan is one of a kind. She has a unique ability to see her students, and to offer instruction that will make you feel powerful in your body, no matter what shape you're in. She is also an absolute joy of a human. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed Power Vinyasa . An intense and challenging class. Very good for toning upper body, core, hips...everything! Definitely coming back to this class.

I love how the instructor, Swan asked me about what level I'm at with yoga and whether I have any injuries so she could adjust accordingly.

Was a great class, Swan took us through various styles and poses. Easy to follow as she gave a few options based on the levels of difficulty. Great workout!

The instructor is so patient, helpful and encouraging. She takes the time to explain the movements and the tone of the class is nice and cal. She also guided one of the attendees who had an old injury by giving alternative positions to the poses we were doing .. perfect for a Saturday morning.

Want to namaslay your asanas?! Swan is your go-to guru! She is gentle, therapeutic and hardcore all at the same time. Not only you’ll feel your stress slowly melting away but you will leave your mat feeling strong and full of energy. And the cool tunes she brings to class is just icing on the cake! I’ve been so blessed to know Swan on and off the mat and she is such a joy to be around. Keep it up, girl! You’re a rockstar!

I've been taking classes with Swan for over a year now and she has re-ignited my commitment to yoga both in her classes and at home. She is able to adapt to the mood of the whole class whilst giving individual feedback and a selection of options in different poses. This, combined with Swan's clear and easy to follow instructions, make her class well suited for yogis at all stages of their yoga journey, from beginners to seasoned practitioner. Personally, I am particularly appreciative of Swan's focus on good alignment and building a yoga practice that will be sustainable for years to come. I have followed her between studios and locations for the past year and will continue to do so for a long time to come.

My first class with Swan was approximately a year ago and only she can bring me to the mat at 7:45AM on Saturday every week. The 5-star rating is for her great tips and guidance to get into asanas which I never thought I could, fantastic encouragement and mid-class stories, smashing playlist, fantastic flow sequence (she puts the Flow in Vinyasa Flow) and of course, her great smile.

Her infectious personality makes the sessions fun and enjoyable.
Her ability to adapt and tailor sessions to your level and requirements is excellent.

Swan is hands down one of the best yoga instructors I have the pleasure of knowing and taking class with. She understands that every person has different bodies and different needs/capabilities, thus provides options and feedback for all levels. Methodical and instructional without being overbearing, I appreciate her detail to form while still being able to flow through a well structured class. Swan is a favorite instructor of many for good reason I believe!

I have a bum knee and my doctor told me yoga.
Over the course of the 12 weeks, I could see the physical transformation - I was holding poses longer, and finding more comfort in his stillness.
I've become more flexible despite growing in size, and yoga has improved my general balance and performance.
Swan teaches yoga to break the stereotype that yoga is more than stretching. She helps people get in tune with their bodies.

What a hero!
The class began with some gentle stretches and relaxation, then you get into it... I hadn't got a clue what was going to be thrown at me but there was never a moment where i felt like i was being left to do anything incorrectly. She was so patient, she noticed when i was struggling, which was often, and helped me make adjustments, and was nothing but supportive and upbeat the entire time i was there. For a beginner like me it was perfect!

I love Swan's classes – so much sweat and so much fun! She's a great teacher who knows how to prepare the body in order to take you to your point of challenge with grace (most of the time). I always leave class feeling limber, balanced and energised.
